So what’s next? How about setting goals for Memorial Day weekend 2010?
Before I tell you my goals for next Summers kick off, I’d like to share a bit of what Christine (one of our team mates) sent me in an email this morning.
“Workouts are going well, thanks! I just finished my 1st 60 days and will start day 61 on Monday.
p90x has taught me to really enjoy working out. P90x gives me something to look forward to. I became weary of lifting weights at the gym and seeing little to no change in my body…
…After I finish P90x, what do I do?”
My suggestion to her was to give Insanity a shot. It’s a really fun high intensity program that I will be starting after I finish P90x round 2!
So back to my Memorial Day 2010 goals…
First, my fitness goals. During this summer I managed to drop 17 pounds of fat and gain 6 pounds of muscle for a net loss of 11 pounds… and I really wasn’t watching my nutrition at all!
My schedule for the fall & winter is pretty hectic, which is a really good thing because it doesn’t leave me free time to snack on a bunch of junk!
With proper nutrition and a consistent workout program of Insanity with a side order of P90X Plus I am setting a goal loosing 35 pounds of fat and gaining 10 pounds of muscle for a net loss of 25 pounds bringing me down to 200 pounds for the first time in a LONG TIME.
But I’m going to need your help to keep me on track just like I am going to help keep you on track!
